1. Acceptance of Terms
By using MI6.TF URL shortening service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
MI6.TF provides two primary services:
URL Shortening: Create shorter versions of long URLs with optional expiration dates (30 minutes to 3 months or permanent) and access limits (click-based restrictions). For security, shortening requests may be reviewed, warned, rejected, or temporarily blocked when they appear to distribute direct runnable-download payloads or other abusive content.
Temporary File Sharing: Upload files up to 100MB for temporary sharing with automatic deletion after 1–6 hours (default: 1 hour). Files are intended for short-term sharing only and are automatically removed from our servers after expiration.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Shorten URLs that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
Create links to phishing sites or fraudulent content
Shorten direct links to executables, installers, scripts, or other runnable-download payloads in a way that could bypass trust or safety review
Upload or share copyrighted content without authorization
Distribute spam, harassment, or illegal content
Upload executable files (.exe, .bat, .cmd, .js, etc.) — blocked by the system
Violate intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
Access or attempt to access private/internal networks
Bypass security measures, rate limits, or upload quotas
Use the service to store permanent backups or long-term file hosting
Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
5. File Upload Limits and Restrictions
File Size: Maximum 100MB per file (configurable by administrators)
Active Files: Maximum 5 active files per IP address
Storage Quota: Maximum 100MB total storage per IP address
Upload Rate: Maximum 15 file uploads per 12-hour period per IP address
File Expiration: Files automatically deleted after 1–6 hours (default: 1 hour)
Blocked File Types: Executable files (.exe, .bat, .cmd, .com, .pif, .scr, .vbs, .js, .jar) are blocked for security
These limits are enforced automatically and may be adjusted by administrators. Exceeding these limits will result in upload rejection. Rate limits reset on a sliding window basis.
6. Content Moderation and Removal
We reserve the right to review, flag, remove, warn on, or refuse any shortened URL or uploaded file that violates these terms or applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate these terms. Files flagged for violations will be immediately deleted.
MI6.TF may use automated abuse controls for shortening requests, including detection of suspicious direct runnable-download links. A first suspicious attempt may be rejected with a warning. Repeated suspicious attempts may trigger a temporary shortening block associated with the request source, including IP address and related request fingerprint data. Administrators may review, clear, extend, or override these actions at their discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
MI6.TF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Availability or reliability of the service
- Content accessed through shortened URLs or uploaded files
- Any damages arising from use or inability to use the service
- Loss of data, URLs, or files (including automatic deletion upon expiration)
- Unauthorized access to or use of uploaded files
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Uploaded Files: All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers upon expiration (1–6 hours after upload). We do not maintain backups of deleted files. Once expired, files cannot be recovered.
URLs and Metadata: Shortened URLs may be archived when expired, but the physical uploaded files are permanently deleted.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of any important files. Do not use this service as your only storage location.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with EU and Danish law. EU residents have the right to file complaints with their local data protection authority.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Major changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
